Description of Charities
Linda Crisp Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to students to pursue college or vocational education.  Application requirements may be obtained from Patricia Lagoni patricialagoni@gmail.com corporate secretary or Maryke Guild mguild@daytonapm.com, vice president.  
Avenues 12 Recovery House operates transitional living homes for women recovering from alcoholism and drug addiction.
Wings of Hope provides support for at risk children, as well as young adults who age out of the system.
Duvall Home, located in DeLand, provides residential services and quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Work Oriented Rehabilitation Center (WORC provides programs and services to people with disabilities and sponsor outing for their clients.
Pace Center for Girls provides a non-residential delinquency prevention program providing an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, and advocacy for females 12 to 18 who are identified as dependent, truant, runaway, delinquent, or in need of academic skills.
Halifax Urban Ministries provides shelter and food for the homeless.
Rotary Foster Care Coalition’s Inspiration Grant Program provides funds for extracurricular activities for children in foster care.
Bill Walter Melanoma Research Fund sponsors a 4K Run/Walk to raise awareness of melanoma.
Domestic Abuse provides emergency shelter, education, referral services, etc. for battered women and their children.
Camp Winona provides a resident camp for ages 6-17 during the summer.
